HostSlim is a company with a wide range of solutions available to purchase including web hosting, stream hosting, a website builder and even colocation! Today, I’m going to go through some of HostSlim’s most promising-looking services to show you what they have to offer.

Super-Cheap Web Hosting
Just because hosting’s cheap, it doesn’t mean you should steer clear. HostSlim offers customers fantastic value for money with their comprehensive, yet cheap, web hosting plans.
Prices begin at just 0.85 Euros per month which allows you 5GB SSD storage, along with unlimited databases, bandwidth and email accounts. For 3.95 Euros per month you will receive 50GB SSD storage, and for only 6.95 Euros per month, you can get 100GB SSD storage!
All plans are inclusive of an SSL certificate, daily backups and DDoS protection.
And there’s more still. HostSlim promises 99.9% uptime and 100% green energy used to power their services. In addition, they have a 14-day money-back guarantee in place in case you’re not happy with the service you receive.
Ralph told me more about HostSlim’s energy-efficient servers “We can not only take from this earth, we also have to give back. You can also find this philosophy in our services. You get more than what you pay for, that is our goal. In addition, HostSlim compensates for its CO2 emissions by planting trees. We started with planting trees in 2018. Besides that, of course, we have been using green electricity and energy-efficient servers for years”.
I think this positive approach is admirable and says a lot about the caring personalities of the HostSlim team.
For those who don’t know, stream hosting is intended for people wanting to own their own radio station. HostSlim uses Centovacast (an operating system) to enable customers to broadcast music or podcasts online.
They have 3 different plans to choose from; Starter, Popular, and Premium, and all plans come with lots of added features such as Auto DJ, auto-expansion, and IceCast or ShoutCast. Prices begin at 9.95 Euros per month and there are no contracts. The team also inform us that once you purchase a plan, you can get up and running straight away.
We’ve taken a look at some of HostSlim’s popular services, now let’s put the spotlight on their customer care.
First and foremost, HostSlim gives you plenty of ways to get in touch with them if needed. You can find these quickly and easily on their website. There’s a live chat option, ticket submission, and they provide their phone number so you can give them a call. Furthermore, the team have 24/7 support available to help their customers, be it day or night.
HostSlim also welcomes feedback and their is a clearly-visible option to submit feedback on their website, which is a nice inclusion.
Ralph had plenty to say about HostSlim’s level of customer care “We provide the personal “touch”. Do you always feel that you have lost the personal touch with companies? Nobody seems to listen to you anymore, only if you want to order something and spend money with the company in question? Yes … we also recognize this. In my opinion, HostSlim’s 10,000 customers are testimony to their excellent customer care. I think it’s refreshing to find a company this open to feedback and critique, and really willing to listen to their customers. Great job!
